To build your own immunity:

All the following dosages are for a 70kg adult, therefore calculate the dose for children or for people who weigh more or less

Nutritional Support:

Vitamin A – 30,000iu of a natural fish source per day. I like Pure Encapsulations Vitamin A 10,000iu available at www.naturaldispensary.co.uk or others include Now Foods Vitamin A 10,000iu or 25,000iu or Bluebonnet Vitamin A 10,000iu from www.iherb.com

Vitamin D – 10,000iu per day – I like D3 Complete by either Allergy Research Group or Nutricology, both available on www.iherb.com or Allergy Research Group is available at www.naturaldispensary.co.uk 

Vitamin C – use a combination of Liposomal and regular water-soluble vitamin C. I like Pure encapsulations Pure Vitamin C powder and Nutricology Liposomal C, but there really is an endless supply of good vitamin C and it’s not very product-specific so any good brand will do. Ideally, take 1 gram x 4 times daily mixed between Liposomal and water-soluble.

Zinc is useful for immunity – 30-60mgs daily. I like Thorne Research Group Zinc Picolinate from iherb.com or
